Nestled in nature, our retreat center is designed to help you slow down, settle in, and reconnect with yourself, each other, and the land. With just six thoughtfully arranged rooms, your stay will feel personal, spacious, and rooted in ease. Each room is named after a nearby lake, offering a sense of place and connection to the local landscape. Take in the views from the wraparound deck, unplug in the cozy on-site library, or breathe deeply in the cedar-scented room overlooking the pond and walking trails. This is your home for the retreat, and we want it to feel just right.
We’re embracing cozy cottage vibes...think shared spaces, warm mugs, and the occasional line for the bathroom (yes, even your hosts!). Trust us, it’s part of the bonding magic. Communal vibes, cozy robes, and respect for each other’s morning routines guaranteed.

You’re in good company! A lot of the women who join us are retreat first-timers. It’s normal to feel a little unsure or nervous. We’ve been there too.
You don’t have to “be” any certain way to show up here. There’s no prep needed, no expectations. Just come as you are - messy, curious, tired, open, closed, whatever. Everything is optional. We’ve got you.
We can’t tell you exactly what your experience will be; that’s the magic of it. But we can say: you’ll be different than when you arrived. In the best way.

We’ve intentionally built-in spaciousness so your nervous system can shift out of “go mode” and into a state where true integration and creativity happen. When you’re constantly busy juggling meetings, messages, family, and to-do lists, your brain stays in survival mode. It’s efficient, but it’s not built for reflection, insight, or long-term change.
Neuroscience tells us that resting states (like focusing on your breath, walking, or just sitting quietly) activate the default mode network. This is the part of your brain that connects the dots, makes meaning, and sparks fresh ideas (Raichle et al., 2001).
